I’m an associate broker on the Stroyke Properties Group team at Bayside Real Estate Partners, specializing in Manhattan Beach and Hermosa Beach.

I’ve lived and worked here for over a decade, long enough to know each pocket by feel: the beach cottage warmth of the Sand Section, Hill Section views that stop you mid-sentence, wide open lots of East MB where you have room to breathe, and the mom-and-pop, beach-paradise feel of Hermosa.

I grew up on a family farm as a first-generation American, played D1 indoor volleyball at Fresno State and earned my degree through the Honors College, and speak fluent Spanish. Beach volleyball brought me here, but the people and the lifestyle made me stay. I’ve competed on the AVP tour, and the sport keeps me embedded in Hermosa Beach culture.

Background

I grew up on a family farm — first-generation American, parents from Mexico. I built my real estate practice the same way I built my athletic career: by outworking people, being prepared for every conversation, and refusing to soften information when what someone actually needs is the truth.

I live in the South Bay. This is my community, not just my territory. When the Manhattan Beach Open is held on the beach in front of my clients’ homes, I’m competing in it — not watching from the sidelines. That context matters when you’re deciding who to trust with a significant purchase.
