BCHD Board of Directors Meeting

The Beach Cities Health District board meets publicly every fourth Wednesday of the month — the April 2026 meeting is April 22 at 6:30pm. BCHD serves Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, and Redondo Beach with health and wellness programming, and the board meetings are where those programming decisions get made and budget items get reviewed.

If you’re a resident of any of the three beach cities and you have an interest in the health district’s work — AdventurePlex, Blue Zones programming, community mental health, wellness events — this is the meeting where you can speak during public comment. Hybrid format: attend in person or join virtually via bchd.org/public-meetings.

BCHD meetings are also useful context for anyone newer to the South Bay wanting to understand the regional civic infrastructure around wellness and recreation.
